Is change needed from Top to bottom to fix Watford FC?

Another week and another poor performance from the Golden boys sees the Hornets slip down to 13th place in the table with room to go further.

Ned and James tackle the bigger issues at the club however.

Is change needed from top to bottom to stop the rot (Starting with Gino & Duxbury) Are the players to blame too? 

What do we feel as fans, we seem to be the only people who really care. 

Is Still the man for the job? players turning up late for training, going missing in games, throwing him under the bus - Has he lost the dressing room?
